How to reserve: If you wish to book, please contact us to confirm availability along
with your preferred method of payment . We will reply to your email with confirmation
and the appropriate payment information, along with a booking rental agreement
which reproduces the conditions outlined below, for you to sign and return. We regret
we are unable to hold dates and operate on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
Payment options: In order to reserve the apartment a 50% deposit is required to
secure a booking. Payment can be made by check, cash or bank transfer. The
balance is due upon arrival.
Security deposit: A security deposit of $100 which we hold against breakages and
damage is payable upon arrival. The security deposit will be returned after the
property has been inspected and found to be in good condition.
Cancellation: For cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival, one half of the
deposit will be returned. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival
date, payments will be non-refundable. All cancellations must be in writing!
Travelers' insurance is highly recommended to cover any unexpected medical
emergencies resulting in cancellations.
Check-in/check-out times: The apartment will be available from 3:00 pm (earlier if
possible) and we ask that all departing guests have vacated the house by 10:00 am.
For early and late check in/out times, as long as the apartment is available, we are
happy to accommodate you.
Kitchen: It is understood that the kitchen will be used according to kosher dietary
laws.
